Hi Team,

At this point, everyone should have been assigned at least 6 volunteer shifts for the season, unless special arrangements were previously made with the Volunteer Coordinator.

If you currently do not have 6 assigned shifts, or if you believe there has been a mistake with your assignments, it is most likely because:

• a preference form was not submitted, or
• I made a mistake… oops! 😊

I will now be opening up the remaining season jobs for families to claim any unfilled shifts.

Please note: if you choose to drop a shift, you will be responsible for picking up another shift to maintain the minimum requirement of 6 shifts.

Also, if there are still unfilled positions at the beginning of a meet, please be a team player and consider stepping in to help. The official volunteer requirement is actually 7 shifts per family, and I tried to help everyone out by only assigning 6 initially.

We are also still working through volunteer requirements for Divisionals, and more information on that will be shared once finalized.
