The great news is that our team has grown by more than 40 swimmers from last year!

• This means that we will have to make some changes to our practice structure
• 11/12 age group: Middle Schoolers who attend Salyards will now practice in the 13&O age group. Salyards students can walk as a group from school to practice.
• For safety we want to keep the number of swimmers per lane to between 5-6
• Practice groups will divide into dry land exercises and pool exercises.
• New Age Group Names
  13&O + MS 11/12 - Power Fins
  6&U + new 7-8 - Little Fins
  Returning 7-8 & New 9-10 - Silver Fins
  Returning 9-10 & 11/12ES - Turbo Fins
