He will be set up near the clubhouse.
Visiting Team Setup
Below find a map of our grounds. Please note we have given the Heatherwood Hurricanes Team the area against the roadway to the sidewalk noted in the map. They will need to set up their kids' tents as well family tents so let’s allow our guests to have that area.
FAST Team Setup
On the same map below, please note that our kid tents will be setup on half of the basketball courts. The other half needs to remain open for any resident that wants to come and play. Our swimmers should not be using this area. FAST Families are allowed to setup inside the sidewalk along the Basketball courts just not on. Additional FAST setup is behind the pool in the shaded area on the attached map.
Ready Bench
Reminder that ONLY swimmers and Ready Bench volunteers are allowed in this area. Once your child enters this area, the Ready Bench team will handle it from there. Please make sure your swimmers are getting to the ready bench on time. Tent Parents will help your child to get to their events on time. This helps the meet run much more smoothly.Concessions
