Hello FAST Families, 

We are excited to see everyone again as we start Practice next Tuesday the 22nd! Attached is our practice schedule from our website.

Just a reminder please label all your swimmer's items for practice. Your swimmer will need their swim team suit (no 2 pieces or loose trunks), goggles, swim cap, footwear that your swimmer can run in, towel, and water. It is required for long hair to be tied back.

**Please let D&J know that you are with the Fairfield Area Swim Team. D&J and our coaches recommend rinsing your swim suit in cold water after use and letting it air dry. Washing the suit in the washing machine can cause damage. 

Our first swim meet will be May 3rd, we call this swim meet Blue and White or Time Trials. All swimmers must have a time in the system in order to participate in Dual Meets. Please let us know if you are unable to attend Blue and White/Time Trials and we will schedule a time for your swimmer to record their times at practice.
