FAST Dolphins — Happy Summer!  Our final dual meet has arrived… a home meet vs the Blue Marlins. This will also include our Senior Plunge (class of 2024) recognition. 
Please declare your swimmers YES / NO and your preferred events by tonight!

Also, if you’re wanting times for a new event (to swim on Saturday)… Last Call — today and Wednesday are the days to capture times! Please let 1 of the coaches know upon arrival at practice.

Clarification on practices… MORNINGS from here on out. Check the FAST website for the specific practice times. please be sure to attend YOUR practice time. EVERYONE practices this and next week, and those attending Invitational meets will practice the week of 6/17. Likewise, EVERYONE is eligible (and encouraged!) to attend Divisionals on Sat 15th.
