FAST - Swim-a-Thon Fri 17th
FAST Dolphins -- Certainly we're all thinking of school's year-end, this Saturday's upcoming meet, the weather, and likely a few other things... but tomorrow (Friday 17th) is our annual Swim-a-Thon team fundraiser... We encourage ALL athletes and families to participate, both by swimming tomorrow AND by collecting donations.
Athletes will participate (swim) in their designated practice time... and pledges can be either a set amount or a per-lap amount. Please remind your donating friends that some athletes could swim quite a bit per lap, so be careful on too high of a per-lap pledge!
We ask that each athlete/family raise at least $20, preferably much more, using the 99Pledges platform...at 200+ athletes, our goal is to raise $5000 for the team. This money will help with needed equipment, repairs, purchases, and other key team items.

Swim-a-thon
Hi FAST Families,
Today is the day!! We are kicking off our 2024 SWIM-A-THON for our dolphins!!
This year we are using the 99 Pledges platform that will allow you to make payments via credit card. This website will create a dashboard fundraising page for each swimmer that you can share with your family and friends (local and miles away) to support our FAST team. You can use the website to pay with cash or check for your pledges if you are more comfortable with that type of payment. Swim-a-thon will stay the same with 2 options of pledging, you may do the flat rate or a per lap rate, and you are able to notate that on the 99 Pledges page as well.
Our fundraiser will run from now until Friday, May 17th, 2024. This year we are doing something new and exciting with our swim-a-thon. In lieu of having it at a morning practice we had decided to move it to a night practice and include a teamwide social. So, grab your family and some lawn chairs, and mark your calendar for a night of swimming fun! Our swim-a-thon will be in lieu of our practice the night of Friday, May 17th, 2024. We encourage everyone to come out. Please also invite your child’s donors to come and help cheer on their favorite swimmer.
More information about the social and prizes for our swim-a thon will be shared, but let’s start our fundraising efforts now. GO FAST GO!
