Let's welcome our 5th coach and 3rd Junior Coach, Kelsey Roth. Kelsey will join us today as a 1st year FAST coach. She was a 4-year Varsity swimmer and State qualifier in the 500 free at Cy Ranch, swam summer league with the Stone Gate Gators, and is currently swimming at the University of Missouri - St. Louis. Please welcome Kelsey!

If your swimmer feels ready and wants to get an additional qualifying time trial time (e.g., breast, fly), please let the coaches know upon arrival and we can try to gather their times.
