FAST Dolphins -- It's Championship season time...  

DIVISIONALS, at CY SPRINGS HS - a quick reminder on tomorrow's plan:

* Check-in by 6:45am - find the team sitting area in the cafeteria to check-in. ALL Athletes need to check-in and WU, regardless of the athlete's events and timing.
* WU 7:10 - 7:30am - we'll need to be ready and diligent about warming-up. Athletes should be ready and with 1 of the Coaches at 7am...
* Team meeting at 7:30am
* Meet start 8:30am, estimated finish 3:30pm (likely 4pm)

INVITATIONALS - Red/White/Blue + Ponderosa
We'll have MUCH more about our Invitational meets in the coming days, but know that ALL Athletes need to be declared for BOTH meets by tomorrow (Saturday) at 5pm! Payments should be made by Monday pm.
