FAST Dolphins -- Great job Friday night and today at all of the RWB and POND sessions and venues... The coaches have tried to divide up their time and have coverage at all of the meets, and have been communicating frequently about all of the results and swims. There have been many solid swims, good time drops and placements, and we're pleased to see the results so far!

One more day to go... Reminders on the Sunday times:

• RWB 10&U Girls - check-in 7am, WU 7:30am, meet start 8:30am
• RWB 10&U Boys - check-in 11:15am, WU 11:40am, meet start 12:30pm
• POND ALL - check-in 6:45am, WU 7am, meet start 9am... for those who make the top 16 and final, open WU at 4:30pm, meet start 5:30pm.

It was definitely HOT today outside at RWB... so swimmers participating at Fleet tomorrow, be sure to drink a lot of water throughout the whole session, and get in the pool prior to your races (to cool off!).
If you are an athlete who is scheduled to be at both meets/pools, pay close attention to the times of each event and relay. Relays should take a priority over individual events.. Thank you in advance for making the relays work and possible. If for some reason your athlete must miss a relay, be sure to communicate that to 1 of the coaches as quickly as possible so we can try to work on alternatives.
