FAST Dolphins - It's hard to believe, but next week is our final week of practices...
These practices are for those swimmers attending the RWB and POND meets (only).

The practice times are as follows:

• DAYS:  Tue + Wed + Thur only (no Fri practices)
• 11&O combined group:  7:00 - 8:15am
• 10&U combined group:  8:00 - 9:00am

We encourage ALL RWB + POND swimmers to attend practices next week....
Club swimmers, please plan to attend Thur's practice.
Note: It's possible we may change up the Thur practices, stay tuned!
