FAST Dolphins - With yesterday's rain-out, we'll try again today to capture outstanding times for 10&U's... We will capture times for ALL missing free and back swims, some 50 free and 100 IM times, and (for those capable of swimming legal strokes) breast and/or fly.  
7-10s will be at both FAC and CP pools, at their normal practice times, and we will capture those times after a very brief warm-up.

Reminders: 
Only swimmers with recorded times are eligible to swim at Sat's meet...
Once we have times, be sure to declare your swimmer (tonight!) for the Sat meet at the SwimTopia team site...
ALL 11&O times will be captured Monday (4pm at BHS Pool).
