FAST Dolphins - Nice job today... we were definitely short-handed, with 60+ swimmers missing from the meet. But there were many time drops and solid swims, so be proud of your efforts!

And with that, your swimmer MAY be done with the swim meet season... or possibly not!? We have 2 invitational meets next weekend (Ponderosa, Red/White/Blue) to truly finish out the season. Some of your swimmers have qualifying Red/Blue times, others have Pond times. Hopefully all of those swimmers have registered BY TODAY for the respective meets. If not, contact  Amber Fielding ASAP (email listed above)!

BUT, regardless, this is a quick note to let you all know that you will see a few emails in the next 18 hours concerning the 2 meets, from me, Josh Penrod, or possibly others. The primary thing we may ask you is whether or not your swimmer is able and willing to swim on a particular relay (at either meet). In a few cases, we'll have 2 or 3 swimmers qualified and swimming at a meet, but needing 1 or 2 to complete the relay. Note: Your swimmer DOES NOT have to have a qualifying time to swim in these particular relays. And relays are paid for by FAST, so the only commitment from you all is literally bringing your swimmer to the pool(s) at the appropriate day/time.  SO, please be on the look-out for these emails and respond quickly.

In short, here's how things look for the 2 meets:

RWB, at Campbell MS:
Fri pm - 100 free (11-12, 13-14, 15-18) + 100 IM (13-14, 15-18)
Sat - all 10&U events (incl relays)
Sun - all 11&O events (incl relays)

POND, at CFISD Nat:
Sat - all free + back events + free relays (for ALL ages), and Progressive free relay
Sun - al breast + fly + IM events + medley relays (for ALL ages), and Progressive medley relay
