Thank you for being patient with all the many emails this week. We are so excited to kick off the swim season!! We have a fun night planned!! Here is a rough plan of how the night will go. If you have any questions please let me know.

GEAR-

Gear will be available on Friday night and Saturday at the meet.

Friday Night Schedule

5 PM- Pictures

Wades is coming back this year for pictures. They will start individual pictures at 5 and once they finish with those they will take the team picture. We do not have an exact time for the team picture so please try to be there as close to 5pm as possible.  Don't forget you can take pictures with your friends too!!  The order form is attached.  I will have a couple available on Friday.

YOU MUST WEAR YOUR FAST SWIMSUIT. If you still need one, you can get one at D&J.

6 PM Social

Games- We will have games like dolphin and tube race and the pool will be open to swim in!!

Silent Auction- This year it will be held online at 32 Auctions. www.32auctions.com/FAST It will go live on Friday morning and close on Sunday. All proceeds go back to the swim team to purchase equipment like lane ropes and replacement tents.

Concessions- We will have Marcos pizza, and drinks available for purchase for $1.

Shout Outs- You will also be able to purchase a shout out for your swimmer that will appear in our weekly heat sheets. I’ve attached the order form.

Gear- Will be available for pick up throughout the night and on Saturday

Volunteer Sign Up- You will have the opportunity to sign up for shifts for the whole season!!!

7 PM Movie

Join us for a kid friendly movie.  Come sit by the pool or float in the water and enjoy popcorn and a movie. Feel free to bring a chair or float to enjoy.
